Chef Cornet knows good food comes from good produce. Living in the Central Valley allows him to get the freshest produce from local vendors, favoring organic produce. Living in Sacramento for over 20 years, he has built a network of vendors and is able to source the freshest of ingredients, from caviar to foie gras.
